Scientists all over the world agree that humans are the cause of global warming and that it could have catastrophic effects.

Will there be abundance or shortages of Earth's natural resources? How will the choices we make today affect the future of Earth?

Referencing Pope Francis’ encyclical Laudato Si’ in which he calls on all people to respect the earth and stop exploiting it, we asked students to explain why it is so important to heed the pope’s call and to give at least two examples of what they or others are doing to care for the earth.
