The main contents are as follows: 149 titles of IEEE periodicals, 23 titles of IET periodicals, more than 900 titles of IEEE proceedings, more than 40 titles of abstract of IET proceeding and seminars, and more than 3,100 titles of IEEE standards.Digital theses and dissertations on the Library and Archives Canada (LAC) website can be downloaded and printed for personal use only. If the thesis or dissertation is not available online, you must search Aurora, LAC’s library catalogue, in order to see the holdings information (location and availability) for microform and print formats.

If the thesis or dissertation was filed in a digital format (this option was available starting in November 2009) it may not be indexed in the Dissertations & Theses @ Stanford database, but it will be available through a direct link in the Search Works record and from Google.
If the student opted for embargo restrictions, some of or the entire dissertation may not be available for up to five years after the submission date.
IEEE Xplore/IEL collects publications published by Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), including periodicals, proceeding and standards since 1988.
Among of them, the contents of 13 societies dated back to 1950, and most of proceeding dated back to 1913.
By June 2011, the database has collected more than 150,000 excellent domestic doctoral dissertations from 397 institutions, and 1,150,000 excellent domestic master dissertations from 598 institutions.
It is supplied by Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China (ISTIC) which is a legal national dissertations collecting institution.
